Custom Solutions That Enhance Success in Advertising Agencies

The rapidly changing and continuously evolving advertising landscape can often create a sense of job uncertainty, role confusion and dysfunctional team dynamics.  Through Heidi’s coactive and collaborative coaching model, she’s able to develop high potential leaders, increase efficiency and productivity, improve working relationships and attain more work-life balance. Individual Coaching (One on One)

This program’s goal is to develop current and high potential agency leaders, managers and employees.  This program works on a one-on-one level to further develop strengths and supports the indivduals as they strive to improve performance and job satisfaction in the workplace.   Sessions are customized for each individual.

Group Coaching/Team Building and Facilitation:

Group and Team based coaching was created to elevate individuals within a team as well as the team itself.  This program provides an interactive, co-active and collaborative approach to developing a more fully functioning, rewarding and effective team.  In this model, the team creates a common thread through visioning and goals setting.  Team dynamics are addressed and experiential exercises are conducted to build awareness of each team member’s strengths and work style preferences.

Organizational Development/Structural support:

In a rapidly changing industry, advertising agencies can often use a fresh new approach to their organizational structure.  In this program, various components can be included and customized to fit the agency’s needs.  Employees have the opportunity to assess the agency through a company-wide survey, 360 degrees can be assessed, career-pathing may be redesigned - all as a means for better structural efficiency and to improve satisfaction.

Agency/Client Relationship Design and Development:

Assumptions are often made within the client/agency relationship.  Without a clear understanding among both parties, frustrations, disappointments and misunderstandings can occur.  By establishing a foundation of agreed upon “rules”, roles, metrics and procedures, much of this can be alleviated.  Whether its’ a recent new business win, or a 20 year partnership, co-creating the rules of engagement can create a profoundly different experience.  Meetings with each party are initially held privately in order to assess the current situations and expectations.  But the more important work is done in the form of facilitated meetings where both parties work through the most effective alliance.  The output is an agreed upon foundation that each party can reference and is held to throughout the partnership.
