Heidi Kraft spent seventeen years in the advertising industry helping agencies such as Carmichael Lynch, Martin Williams, Hill Holliday, Carat, and Foote Cone and Belding develop and implement media strategies for numerous high-profile clients. She augmented her agency experience while working an in-house stint at Intel.

Although media was always her primary responsibility, Heidi increasing gained recognition for her skill in working with clients at all organizational levels – from mid-management to C-level executives. Her departmental leadership, combined with her natural inclination to help people achieve their fullest potential, inspired her to spearhead innovative programs in employee retention, workplace surveys, career- pathing, team- building, organizational development and 360-degree review processes. Watching individuals and organizations become more efficient, more productive, more harmonious and, yes, even more happy, led Heidi to want to move fully into coaching as her career.

Heidi holds a B.A. in Sociology and is a graduate of Coaches Training Institute and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
